How do I search for event space?
We’ve made this part easy. Start at greatEvent.com, select your location, date, and party size, and start searching now. You will be provided with all available hotels and venues. For hotel and venues that are greatEvent members, you will have direct access to booking your event completely online.
How much does this cost?

What is greatEvent Play?
greatEvent Play, through the greatEvent-Booking Simplified app, provides users with the following functionalities:
- Message Broadcaster allows the host to broadcast messages to all attendees instead of using a voice enhancing PA system
- Vendor Collaborator allows the host to create a group chat for all service providers (vendors) for communicating and coordination
- Attendee Connector allows attendees and coordinators to connect and network with other attendees. Integrated social feeds create a more meaningful connection
